As much as we love catering events for all of our clients (and we do love it), there is something extra special about planning an event for one of your own. Not only is the groom’s mother Lisa Dupar, he also used to work at Lisa Dupar Catering as an event planner!
Both avid Seahawks fans (and Krystal being a former Sea Gal), Bo and Krystal fit together perfectly. When Bo proposed, the two were on a trip to San Diego to watch a 12’s game – only to be surprised by their close friends who flew down to celebrate (the Hawks and their engagement) with them.
The couple’s big day took place on the timelessly rustic Dairyland Farm in Snohomish Valley. The real beauty came in the details of the evening. Guests enjoyed Chex Mix at the cocktail hour (once a staple at the home of Bo’s late grandfather), and the menu featured a variety of delicious food stations. From late night street tacos to a handcrafted gelato bar by Chef Michele Pompei of the U.S. Olympic Gelato Team, the food was whimsical and delicious. Bo even made the wedding cake himself!
