Pomegranate Celebrates Valentine’s Day with a Four-course Prix Fixe Menu for sweethearts

Dinner for two features delicious lobster fennel tomato soup, tasty sautéed lamb loin and delectable passion fruit Bavarian cream

Redmond, Wash. – December 12, 2006 – Pomegranate Bistro, a sassy Eastside neighborhood restaurant, is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a romantic prix fixe menu for two, created by husband and wife chefs and bistro
co-owners Lisa Dupar and Jonathan Zimmer. Many of the four courses include optional complimentary wine pairings, hand-selected by Zimmer, one of the region’s most recognized wine connoisseurs.

When love is in the air, this four-course prix fixe menu is sure to send sparks flying with these flavorful creations:

First course: Lobster Fennel Tomato Soup with fennel crackers
Served with: 2004 Pierre Sparr Pinot Gris
Second course: Baby Mache Salad with chevre and sweet beet vinaigrette
Served with: 2005 Januik Chardonnay
Third course: Sautéed Lamb Loin with herbed vegetable ragout, celeriac risotto & rosemary infused lamb jus OR Tequila Pomegranate Buerre Blanc Grilled Atlantic Salmon with herbed vegetable ragout and pepita salsa
Served with: 2003 Vietti Barbera di Asti
Fourth course: Passion Fruit Bavarian Cream and Jim’s Handmade Assorted Chocolates
Served with: Vietti Muscato di Asti
