REDMOND, Wash. – For years, people have asked Seattle caterer, chef Lisa Dupar of Pomegranate Bistro and Lisa Dupar Catering, to offer a happy hour menu at Pomegranate Bistro. Dupar knew that if she wanted to create a happy hour menu that it should spotlight fresh, local and seasonal dishes, and that it would need to be available earlier in the day based on her guests’ work schedules. This week, Dupar introduces her first ever “happy afternoon” at Pomegranate Bistro.

 

Happy afternoon is available Tuesday through Friday from 3:00pm-5:00pm and features the following dishes for $4 each and a select drink menu for $5 and under:
