The Center for Urban Horticulture offers several spaces for meetings, lectures, and social events. Surrounded by 5 acres of gardens and the 70-acre Union Bay Natural Area, the Center offers an unparalleled setting in the heart of Seattle. Jonas Jensen Fremont Studios
Fremont Studios is a 50,000 sq. ft. world class soundstage production facility located in the heart of Seattle's "Fremont Art District". Fremont Studios attendance capability has a wide range of intimate seating, designed for Broadcast TV productions, an audience may be configured for standard theatre seating, dinner round style, or open standing, depending on the production set design. General attendance in studio A is 700 for seated dinner, 1,250 for seated theater, and 2000 for standing festival style. Studio B adds 500 to 1000 more in attendance capacity based on the project floor design and facility operational requirements.

Kubota Gardens

Naval Reserve Building
This unique site located at the south end of Lake Union is the perfect venue for a variety of events. The various rooms within the facility can accommodate everything from small meetings to 1000 person events. Popular for auctions, concerts, weddings and more the Great Hall is a 13,500 s/f open space that allows for great creativity in setup and decorating. The space has a classic hardwood floor and a wonderful second floor mezzanine that can be utilized for additional seating, silent auction items, or other needs. The large windows located toward the ceiling provide a lot of natural light during the day time and the north doors of the hall open onto the Historic Ships Wharf.

Showbox at the Market: The ballroom, established in 1939, still boasts its beautiful deco-style architectural details and an oak dance floor. The venue can accommodate up to 1100 guests in a standing-room configuration (and 300 to 600 people in various seated configurations), and is fully furnished with house sound and lighting systems, a professional kitchen, four full bars and a multi-level floorplan that allows for incredible sightlines. Adjacent to Showbox at the Market is the 100-capacity Green Room, which is perfect for small gatherings, meetings and parties. Showbox SoDo: Located just south of the downtown business district and in very close proximity to Safeco Field and Qwest Field, the 1511-capacity showroom and lounge feature beautiful exposed brick and wood-beam architecture. The space has been recently remodeled and is ideal for large-scale functions of any kind. The updated production elements, open floorplan and abundant nearby parking at Showbox SoDo make the possibilities for events virtually endless. The 300-capacity Showbox SoDo Lounge is also available for rental. The space features its own stage and sound and lighting systems, as well as a full bar and ample seating. Town Hall
The Roman Revival building has lovely historic character and fixtures. While it began its life in 1922 as a church, the building has no religious symbolism inside or outside. Many flexible rooms are spread over three floors and 37,000 square feet.
