1927 Events
1927 Events is downtown's newest private events venue. Offering historic Seattle architecture, industrial lines and exposed brick that envelope a clean spacious interior. Capacity 300 for cocktail reception and 150 formally seated with lounge reception. Our professional kitchen puts most restaurants to shame. Fully equipped for events ranging from dinner and dancing to conferences and receptions, wedding ceremonies, audio and visual performances and more!

Argosy
For 57 years, Argosy Cruises has been celebrating the breathtaking beauty of the Pacific Northwest as a Seattle attraction. Currently, Argosy operates a variety of vessels providing private cruises around the Puget Sound area.

Urban, modern, sexy, unique -- Canlis Glass Gallery provides a one- of-a-kind setting in the heart of Seattle. With an intimate feel, the 3,000 square foot glass gallery and artist's studio allows a first hand look into the art scene of Seattle. From cocktail parties to weddings to corporate functions, this space can do it all. To make the ultimate unique event, an artist demonstration is always an option. Center for Urban Horticulture
The Center for Urban Horticulture offers several spaces for meetings, lectures, and social events. Surrounded by 5 acres of gardens and the 70-acre Union Bay Natural Area, the Center offers an unparalleled setting in the heart of Seattle. Featuring comfortable rooms, plentiful off-street parking, and beautiful, park-like surroundings, the Center is a great place to get away from urban stresses without leaving the city. The Center for Urban Horticulture (CUH) is located on the northeastern edge of the University of Washington campus, adjacent to the Laurelhurst neighborhood in Seattle. The Center has a variety of rooms that are available for meetings, conferences, social events, exhibits, and shows. Located in a park-like setting, most of the rooms open onto a beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Chinese Room at Smith Tower
Exquisitely situated on the 35th floor of the Smith Tower and complete with an observation deck all around, the Chinese Room commands a 360 degree view of the Olympics, Cascades, Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, and Elliott Bay.

EM Fine Art Gallery
Urban, modern, unique with the ambiance of a New York loft the gallery is now available for private events. EM Fine Art Gallery provides a sophisticated yet fun setting in South Lake Union, the geographic center of Seattle. With an intimate feel and an ideal layout for events, the 4,400 square foot gallery can accommodate anything from a business conference to a wedding.

Capacity: 120 for a corporate-style presentation, 250 for a standing-only reception, 170 for a reception with 50% seating, 110 for a full plated dinner.
Glass Distillery
 Located in a refurbished 3,800 square foot space in the booming SODO neighborhood, the Glass Distillery Tasting Room offers a venue rich in elegance and charm, with a distinctively modern twist. Featuring a glittering confetti glass concrete floor, state-of-the-art sound system, and an extensive collection of colorful hand blown glass from local glass artisans, the GD Tasting Room provides the perfect setting for your next social event. Whether it’s a private dinner, a swanky cocktail party or an intimate gathering of close friends & family, let Glass Distillery help make your next event truly unforgettable.

Golden Gardens
Located in Ballard on Puget Sound, this popular park offers extraordinary views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. The Main Hall comfortably accommodates up to 140 seated guests.

Japanese Gardens in the Arboretum
Located within the Washington Park Arboretum, this is a 3 1/2 acre formal garden designed and constructed under the supervision of world-renowned Japanese garden designer Juki Iida in 1960. Chado (The Way of Tea) demonstrations are offered periodically in the traditional teahouse.

Jonas Jensen Fremont Studios
Fremont Studios is a 50,000 sq. ft. world class soundstage production facility located in the heart of Seattle's "Fremont Art District". Fremont Studios attendance capability has a wide range of intimate seating, designed for Broadcast TV productions, an audience may be configured for standard theatre seating, dinner round style, or open standing, depending on the production set design. General attendance in studio A is 700 for seated dinner, 1,250 for seated theater, and 2000 for standing festival style. Studio B adds 500 to 1000 more in attendance capacity based on the project floor design and facility operational requirements.

Lake Union Crew
Lake Union Crew has just the surroundings you need to make your party stand out above the rest. Spacious rooms with spectacular, sweeping views of the city, and a stone fireplace add warmth and intimacy to any gathering. The wide balcony and expansive dock are ideally suited for summer events, and the woodburning fireplace will warm you and your guests in the winter. Lake Union Crew's exceptional waterfront location and panoramic views make the perfect setting for your special event.

Melrose Market Studios

A creative and flexible event venue on the west edge of Capitol Hill, Melrose Market Studios is over 5,000 square feet located in historic Melrose Market, which was built in 1927 and renovated in 2010.  The space, which reflects the history of the Northwest and Capitol Hill, has exposed red brick walls, huge Douglas fir beams, high ceilings, and polished concrete floor.  It has great lighting, plenty of power, a central sound system, and forced-air heating and air conditioning. Other amenities include three multi-fixture restrooms, wireless internet, plug-and-go sound and video system, and dimmable lighting.

MOHAI - Museum of History & Industry
MOHAI'S new home at the Naval Reserve Building offers an experience like no other. Set in the midst of the beautifully landscaped Lake Union Park, downtown's sparkling office towers rise to the South, while boats and seaplanes come and go to the North. Inside the fully restored building, unique pieces of Seattle's heritage adorn the walls, offering the perfect opportunity to make your event a truly unforgettable experience.

Mt. Baker Club
Built in 1915 and completely remodeled in 1992, the Mount Baker Club is the perfect location for your next event. The building features high ceilings, painted woodwork, graceful lines and architectural details throughout.

Pacific Science Center
Pacific Science Center offers much more than a facility for your events — it delivers an experience and atmosphere unlike any other. Since its famous beginning at the 1962 World’s Fair, Seattle’s renowned science center has entertained millions and has been the event location of choice for private and corporate functions, receptions, and dinners.

Pike Place Market Meeting & Events
Pike Place Market has spacious event facilities in the heart of the historic district that feature wooden floors, high ceilings and spectacular views of both Pike Place, the iconic neon Market clock and sign and Elliott Bay.

An intimate, historic library, large atrium and two conjoining conference rooms provide unique settings for small to large gatherings, just steps away from the bakeries and restaurants, flowers, jewelers, stationers and lodging provided by the Market’s many small businesses.

Rainier Chapter House, DAR
Constructed in 1925, Rainier Chapter House sits perched on the edge of the Harvard-Belmont Historical District on Capitol Hill. The main floor consists of a large foyer, grand Reception Room with Chickering grand piano and fireplace, a large Dining Room and oversized catering kitchen. The upstairs is a large open Ballroom with stage, Bride’s Room and service area.

Located on the northwest slope of Capitol Hill in the historic Harvard-Belmont Landmark District, DAR continue the mission of their visionary founders by offering the house for events ranging from weddings to corporate meetings, memorial services to auctions, baptisms to retirement parties.
Capacity: 150 guests seated, 225 guests cocktail-style reception

Seattle Central Library
Outside looking in the dramatic glass and steel structure at Seattle’s Central Library is a unique and modern place to host your next event. Inside looking around there are Innovative design features that continue throughout the new Central Library and leave a unique backdrop for any event space. A wide range of facilities is available for use. The spaces can accommodate a variety of activities, from large events to small, informal meetings. Spaces available include the Microsoft Auditorium - Theater Seating with fixed seating for 275 + space for 100 overflow, additional varied meeting rooms with seating from 25 – 200 people and an array of unique and beautiful spaces for special events.

Seattle Design Center
Home to two primary event spaces framed by stunning showroom windows, the sophisticated, elegant setting of Seattle Design Center provides the perfect backdrop for your private or corporate entertaining. The Atrium Commons boasts high ceilings, spectacular clerestory windows, and 8,700 square feet of floor space. The Plaza Commons includes a built-in, semicircular stage, reflection pools and skylights.

The Seattle Design Center’s elegant, spacious accommodations, convenient location – just minutes from downtown – and 300+ free parking spaces – make it the ideal destination for weddings, holiday parties, fundraisers, receptions and galas.

Capacity: Atrium Commons seated up to 400 guests, standing up to 500. Plaza Commons allows for approximately 100 seated and more than 250 standing. Spaces offered individually or combined.
Seattle Repertory Theatre
A variety of performance spaces, meeting rooms and reception spaces are available. The Seattle Rep's seasonal hiatus is May through mid-September. Please call to inquire about your specific date.
Capacity: 800 reception, 250 seated
Smith Cove
Located on Seattle’s Magnolia waterfront, Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 has over 145,000 square feet of event space. Smith Cove is the ideal venue for tradeshows and large corporate events. The entire building provides a flexible venue for trade shows with its expansive floor plans and high vaulted ceilings. 

The first floor has capacity for 184 standard trade show booths and the upper level can hold 120 booths. The upper level features natural lighting with skylights and windows throughout. There are also two spacious, covered decks on either side of the top level, perfect for cocktailing with incredible views of the Magnolia marina and full city views with the Space Needle commanding the center of attention. 
Capacity: 2,500 standing, 1,800 seated (upper level), 6,000 approximately in all spaces.
Town Hall
The Roman Revival building has lovely historic character and fixtures. While it began its life in 1922 as a church, the building has no religious symbolism inside or outside. Many flexible rooms are spread over three floors and 37,000 square feet.

Trinity Night Club
Trinity is an ornately adorned two level labyrinth, housing three rooms, and a large private VIP room. Each room has a unique theme and décor. The Main room has a classic old-world feeling with all of the modern amenities. Trinity is the perfect downtown Seattle location for an evening cocktail reception, a corporate function, or social gathering.

Virginia V Steamer
The Virginia V is the last of the famed Puget Sound Mosquito Fleet. A cruise onboard her offers a chance to capture all the excitement and romance of the fabled days of steamship passage.

WithinSodo
This characteristic “flex space” features full kitchen and bar facilities as well as a rooftop deck built by Joel and Morgan of Modern Shelter and, designed by Chris Pardo at PbElemental and brings an entirely new level of versatility and something unique to the Sodo neighborhood. The finished space consists of two dividable rooms of 1600 square feet each, a 3000 square foot roof deck, two bathrooms, a caterer’s kitchen, two bars, an 80″ projection screen and audio ran throughout.

Edmonds Conference Center
Nestled amidst a picturesque community, the Edmonds Conference Center is a unique 10,000 square foot facility featuring a large banquet room and other thoughtfully designed event rooms flooded with natural light. An ideal venue for Meetings, Retreats, Receptions, Weddings, or Fundraising Events.

Edmonds Yacht Club
The Edmonds Yacht Club is available to rent for weddings, receptions, private parties, luncheons, meetings, seminars and other events. Situated in the heart of the Edmonds marina, the club has scenic views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and Edmonds waterfront activity.

Farm Kitchen
 Farm Kitchen is a rustic, yet elegant space for celebration and relaxation, located on an 18-acre organic farm near Seattle. The renovated barn has French Doors opening out to gardens all around. The multiple gardens and lawns provide a peaceful and private setting for weddings, parties and business meetings, retreats and community events.

Located on the North Kitsap Peninsula near Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, Farm Kitchen is a scenic ferry ride from Seattle or Edmonds and a convenient drive from Tacoma and the Olympic Peninsula.
Capacity: Indoor tables can seat up to 100. Outdoor weddings can serve a total of up to 200 guests. Meetings & Retreats: 20-100 guests in the Farm Kitchen renovated barn facility, 2-24 guests in the Farm Kitchen Guest House.
Future of Flight - Mukilteo
The Future of Flight offers a unique venue for both meetings and special events. Here you can arrange everything from an executive board room for a 10-person meeting to a dramatic gallery for a 600-person reception. The outdoor Strato Deck on the top level, offers a sweeping view of Boeing's Everett facility and Paine Field with the Cascade Mountains as a backdrop - punctuated by Mount Rainier to the south and Mount Baker to the north! This observation deck, which is tented six months of the year, can accommodate your group for a more breath taking type of meeting/event space. Complete audio visual services from basic microphones to video-conferencing ensure your group has everything it needs for a successful meeting or event. All equipment is state-of-the-art, and on-site technicians are available to keep all equipment operating smoothly.

Bassetti's Crooked Arbor Garden
Bassetti’s Crooked Arbor Garden located in Woodinville is a beaufiul venue! The garden is a beautiful, tranquil setting for a wedding, corporate event or social gathering. The spacious garden features works of art by many local sculptors as well as beautiful arbors, a Japanese garden, a lovely perennial garden and espaliered fruit trees.

Bellevue Arts Museum
Bellevue Arts Museum welcomes the opportunity to provide a beautiful and unique space for private events. Conveniently located on the Eastside, the newly remodeled Museum offers a variety of entertainment spaces, including the Forum, Court of Light and Auditorium. The Forum, the Museum’s first floor lobby, is an ideal space for receptions and sit-down affairs. Adorned with carefully chosen works of fine art, craft and design, the Forum offers an exceptional space for dining and entertainment. In addition to the first floor space, guests are welcome to enjoy all of the Museum’s galleries. The Court of Light is a large, outdoor veranda located off of the third floor of the Museum. In pleasant weather, this is a wonderful space for an outdoor cocktail party.

DanceWorks Studio
DanceWorks Studio is an elegant, contemporary space located in the heart of downtown Redmond. Our unique 4000+ square foot facility features warm inviting seating areas, two professional grade dance floors totaling over 2000 square feet, and a state of the art sound system. Our studio is perfect for your next reception, corporate event, birthday, anniversary, engagement or holiday party. JM Cellars
JM Cellars is nestled on a secluded hillside called Bramble Bump in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country.  Rarely open to the public, JM has been a local secret only enjoyed by those who have either stumbled upon it or heard via word-of-mouth about its unique setting. JM offers a variety of spaces to meet your event needs. K1 Speed
ProKarting at K1 Speed is thrilling, challenging, and - careful now - addictive. K1 Speed is a professional indoor racing club and our high-tech ProKarts, racing safety equipment, and trained staff make for an unforgettable experience.

Kirkland's Heritage Hall
Overlooking Marina Park and Lake Washington, this classic Greek revival architectural style building is fully restored to its original 1920’s design. The main room showcases the original fir flooring, ornate millwork, and a dramatic, uplit cove ceiling. Heritage Hall provides a graceful atmosphere for your event. Heritage Hall is the perfect location for wedding receptions, private parties, luncheons, community meetings, retreats and seminars. This beautiful building is a unique place to hold events for up to 70 guests on the main floor.

Kirkland's Marina Park Pavillion
The Marina Park Pavilion is a perfect outdoor location for up to 100 guests. The outdoor Pavilion is located on Kirkland’s Lake Washington Waterfront and is a beautiful setting for your summer event.

Mark Ryan Winery Tasting Room
Voted Seattle Magazine’s 2011 Winemaker of the Year, Mark Ryan Winery recently opened a beautifully appointed new tasting room in the Hollywood Vineyard complex, 5 doors down from the Purple Cafe in Woodinville. Gorgeously distressed hardwoods, wine tasting bar, ping pong table, flat screen TVs, andunique art and iron work make this space modern and hip.
Capacity: The tasting room can hold up to approximately 100 guests for cocktail style events. 
Matthews Estate Winery
Since 1993, Matthews Estate has been a unique destination for private groups seeking an intimate, untraditional and memorable setting for a diverse range of events. Our winery and Estate House is located on a private eight acre estate in Woodinville, Washington, just twenty minutes northeast of the city of Seattle, and  in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country and home to over 40 other wineries. This Estate House offers a state of the art kitchen, lounge area, large outside dining area for use during the warmer months, a small theatre room, and the Matthews Estate library wine cellar.

Pickering Barn
The Pickering Barn is a great facility for wedding ceremonies, receptions, auctions, corporate meetings, celebrations and trade shows. The facility accommodates 400 people and includes the Dairy Barn (heated), the Hay Barn (unheated), one private classroom, one storage room, a catering support area, portable stage, tables and chairs to seat 300 people, as well as ample free parking.

Radar Lake
Nothing will set the mood quite like saying your vows together at the Northwest’s p remier private l ake on 120 acres. Here you’ll feel as if the world surrounds you, from the Cascades to the Olympic Mountains you’ve found love at large.
The sky's the limit. Our outdoor wedding and reception venue can accommodate parties of almost any size.  Depending on the number of guests you will have several decisions for ceremony locations on the property.  Receptions can be open air or tented.  We will provide seating and tables for up to 200 guests.

Redhook Bowl
Redhook Brewery, located in the heart of Woodinville’s tourist district, is America’s premier craft brewery. The brewery boasts a plush grass amphitheater ideal for summer daytime events, such as company picnics. The options are nearly limitless for this vast outdoor venue with green grass and blue skies, frisbee and bocce ball on the lawn, the smell of beer brewing in the air, and delicious BBQ fare to accompany the freshest beer around. Events must conclude by 10pm. The Bowl is available for rental from June through September. Please note that the Bowl is not available on Thursdays from July 11 – August 29 due to Redhook’s Moonlight Cinema movie night series.

Robinswood House
The Robinswood House Estate is comprised of the Main House and Cabana, the original 1884 log cabin, which looks much the same today as when it was built, and a barn. Both the Main House and barn were built in 1895, and have been successfully renovated to retain their original charm. In addition to a formal English sunken garden, two patios, and lushly landscaped walks complete the Robinswood grounds.

Storybook Farm
 Storybook Farm is the perfect place for your wedding or event. The spacious and gorgeously furnished farmhouse and barn are enhanced by blooming gardens, waterfalls, and more! The house features an English country garden, a pond and waterfalls, a gazebo, patio, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen. The farm has a big red barn with room for a sit down dinner, buffet, and dancing all set within a recreated western town.

Tibbetts Creek Manor
The Manor is a traditional home with country elegance, sitting on three park-like acres with a creek in the backyard.

Woodinville Lavender Farm
 Woodinville Lavender is a beautiful and unique event venue that includes indoor and outdoor space flexible to accommodate your special needs. The rental includes the Valley View room (530 sq ft) with double french doors opening onto the Farm Terrace patio (800 sq feet) and exclusive use of the 3 acre farm. Both the room and patio have spectacular views of the manicured grounds and lavender fields with the beautiful backdrop of the Sammamish Valley. Open space surrounding the lavender fields provides a multitude of options for you and your guests amongst the lavender.

Rein Fire Ranch
Spread out over more than 10 acres, Rein Fire Ranch's rustic country setting includes a number of unique features, allowing you to freely customize your event. This unique, historic setting is perfect for many occasions. Art displays by Dale Chihuly, magnificent marble walls, terrazzo floors, and the original glass block flooring in the east balcony area each add a beautiful backdrop to any celebration.

Thornewood Castle
Thornewood Castle, history and fairy tales are made from such as this. The "house that love built" continues to this day to enchant visitors from far and wide. It stands as a tribute to a man, Chester Thorne, who gave a whole new meaning to the term "built to last". The building materials brought around "the Horn" from England carry whisperings of the Renaissance past. Hold your wedding in their “Secret Garden” and move inside for a fairy-tale reception!

In addition to the first floor space, guests are welcome to enjoy all of the Museum’s galleries. The Court of Light is a large, outdoor veranda located off of the third floor of the Museum. In pleasant weather, this is a wonderful space for an outdoor cocktail party.

Fremont Studios
Fremont Studios is a 50,000 sq. ft. world class soundstage production facility located in the heart of Seattle's "Fremont Art District". Fremont Studios attendance capability has a wide range of intimate seating, designed for Broadcast TV productions, an audience may be configured for standard theatre seating, dinner round style, or open standing, depending on the production set design. General attendance in studio A is 700 for seated dinner, 1,250 for seated theater, and 2000 for standing festival style. Studio B adds 500 to 1000 more in attendance capacity based on the project floor design and facility operational requirements.

Future of Flight - Mukilteo
The Future of Flight offers a unique venue for both meetings and special events. Here you can arrange everything from an executive board room for a 10-person meeting to a dramatic gallery for a 600-person reception. The outdoor Strato Deck on the top level, offers a sweeping view of Boeing's Everett facility and Paine Field with the Cascade Mountains as a backdrop - punctuated by Mount Rainier to the south and Mount Baker to the north! This observation deck, which is tented six months of the year, can accommodate your group for a more breath taking type of meeting/event space. Complete audio visual services from basic microphones to video-conferencing ensure your group has everything it needs for a successful meeting or event. All equipment is state-of-the-art, and on-site technicians are available to keep all equipment operating smoothly.

MOHAI - Museum of History & Industry
MOHAI'S new home at the Naval Reserve Building offers an experience like no other. Set in the midst of the beautifully landscaped Lake Union Park, downtown's sparkling office towers rise to the South, while boats and seaplanes come and go to the North. Inside the fully restored building, unique pieces of Seattle's heritage adorn the walls, offering the perfect opportunity to make your event a truly unforgettable experience.

Pacific Science Center
Pacific Science Center offers much more than a facility for your events — it delivers an experience and atmosphere unlike any other. Since its famous beginning at the 1962 World’s Fair, Seattle’s renowned science center has entertained millions and has been the event location of choice for private and corporate functions, receptions, and dinners.

Redhook Bowl
Redhook Brewery, located in the heart of Woodinville’s tourist district, is America’s premier craft brewery. The brewery boasts a plush grass amphitheater ideal for summer daytime events, such as company picnics. The options are nearly limitless for this vast outdoor venue with green grass and blue skies, frisbee and bocce ball on the lawn, the smell of beer brewing in the air, and delicious BBQ fare to accompany the freshest beer around. Events must conclude by 10pm. The Bowl is available for rental from June through September. Please note that the Bowl is not available on Thursdays from July 11 – August 29 due to Redhook’s Moonlight Cinema movie night series.

Seattle Central Library
Outside looking in the dramatic glass and steel structure at Seattle’s Central Library is a unique and modern place to host your next event. Inside looking around there are Innovative design features that continue throughout the new Central Library and leave a unique backdrop for any event space. A wide range of facilities is available for use. The spaces can accommodate a variety of activities, from large events to small, informal meetings. Spaces available include the Microsoft Auditorium - Theater Seating with fixed seating for 275 + space for 100 overflow, additional varied meeting rooms with seating from 25 – 200 people and an array of unique and beautiful spaces for special events.

Seattle Design Center
Home to two primary event spaces framed by stunning showroom windows, the sophisticated, elegant setting of Seattle Design Center provides the perfect backdrop for your private or corporate entertaining. The Atrium Commons boasts high ceilings, spectacular clerestory windows, and 8,700 square feet of floor space. The Plaza Commons includes a built-in, semicircular stage, reflection pools and skylights.

The Seattle Design Center’s elegant, spacious accommodations, convenient location – just minutes from downtown – and 300+ free parking spaces – make it the ideal destination for weddings, holiday parties, fundraisers, receptions and galas.

Capacity: Atrium Commons seated up to 400 guests, standing up to 500. Plaza Commons allows for approximately 100 seated and more than 250 standing. Spaces offered individually or combined.
Seattle Repertory Theatre
A variety of performance spaces, meeting rooms and reception spaces are available. The Seattle Rep's seasonal hiatus is May through mid-September. Please call to inquire about your specific date.

Smith Cove
Located on Seattle’s Magnolia waterfront, Smith Cove Cruise Terminal at Pier 91 has over 145,000 square feet of event space. Smith Cove is the ideal venue for tradeshows and large corporate events. The entire building provides a flexible venue for trade shows with its expansive floor plans and high vaulted ceilings.

The first floor has capacity for 184 standard trade show booths and the upper level can hold 120 booths. The upper level features natural lighting with skylights and windows throughout. There are also two spacious, covered decks on either side of the top level, perfect for cocktailing with incredible views of the Magnolia marina and full city views with the Space Needle commanding the center of attention.
Capacity: 2,500 standing, 1,800 seated (upper level), 6,000 approximately in all spaces.
Tacoma Union Station
This unique, historic setting is perfect for many occasions. Art displays by Dale Chihuly, magnificent marble walls, terrazzo floors, and the original glass block flooring in the east balcony area each add a beautiful backdrop to any celebration.

Town Hall
The Roman Revival building has lovely historic character and fixtures. While it began its life in 1922 as a church, the building has no religious symbolism inside or outside. Many flexible rooms are spread over three floors and 37,000 square feet.
