Center for Urban Horticulture
The Center for Urban Horticulture offers several spaces for meetings, lectures, and social events. Surrounded by 5 acres of gardens and the 70-acre Union Bay Natural Area, the Center offers an unparalleled setting in the heart of Seattle. Featuring comfortable rooms, plentiful off-street parking, and beautiful, park-like surroundings, the Center is a great place to get away from urban stresses without leaving the city. The Center for Urban Horticulture (CUH) is located on the northeastern edge of the University of Washington campus, adjacent to the Laurelhurst neighborhood in Seattle. The Center has a variety of rooms that are available for meetings, conferences, social events, exhibits, and shows. EM Fine Art Gallery
Urban, modern, unique with the ambiance of a New York loft the gallery is now available for private events. EM Fine Art Gallery provides a sophisticated yet fun setting in South Lake Union, the geographic center of Seattle. With an intimate feel and an ideal layout for events, the 4,400 square foot gallery can accommodate anything from a business conference to a wedding.

Georgetown Ballroom
The Georgetown Ballroom is a unique venue filled with warmth and character. Japanese Gardens in the Arboretum
Located within the Washington Park Arboretum, this is a 3 1/2 acre formal garden designed and constructed under the supervision of world-renowned Japanese garden designer Juki Iida in 1960. Chado (The Way of Tea) demonstrations are offered periodically in the traditional teahouse.

Jonas Jensen Fremont Studios
Fremont Studios is a 50,000 sq. ft. world class soundstage production facility located in the heart of Seattle's "Fremont Art District". Fremont Studios attendance capability has a wide range of intimate seating, designed for Broadcast TV productions, an audience may be configured for standard theatre seating, dinner round style, or open standing, depending on the production set design. General attendance in studio A is 700 for seated dinner, 1,250 for seated theater, and 2000 for standing festival style. Studio B adds 500 to 1000 more in attendance capacity based on the project floor design and facility operational requirements.

Lake Union Crew

Melrose Market Studios
A creative and flexible event venue on the west edge of Capitol Hill, Melrose Market Studios is over 5,000 square feet located in historic Melrose Market, which was built in 1927 and renovated in 2010. The space, which reflects the history of the Northwest and Capitol Hill, has exposed red brick walls, huge Douglas fir beams, high ceilings, and polished concrete floor. It has great lighting, plenty of power, a central sound system, and forced-air heating and air conditioning. Other amenities include three multi-fixture restrooms, wireless internet, plug-and-go sound and video system, and dimmable lighting.

Mt. Baker Club
Built in 1915 and completely remodeled in 1992, the Mount Baker Club is the perfect location for your next event. The building features high ceilings, painted woodwork, graceful lines and architectural details throughout.

Naval Reserve Building
This unique site located at the south end of Lake Union is the perfect venue for a variety of events. The various rooms within the facility can accommodate everything from small meetings to 1000 person events. Popular for auctions, concerts, weddings and more the Great Hall is a 13,500 s/f open space that allows for great creativity in setup and decorating. The space has a classic hardwood floor and a wonderful second floor mezzanine that can be utilized for additional seating, silent auction items, or other needs. The large windows located toward the ceiling provide a lot of natural light during the day time and the north doors of the hall open onto the Historic Ships Wharf.

Pacific Science Center
Pacific Science Center offers much more than a facility for your events — it delivers an experience and atmosphere unlike any other. Seattle Central Library
Outside looking in the dramatic glass and steel structure at Seattle’s Central Library is a unique and modern place to host your next event. Inside looking around there are Innovative design features that continue throughout the new Central Library and leave a unique backdrop for any event space. A wide range of facilities is available for use. The spaces can accommodate a variety of activities, from large events to small, informal meetings. Spaces available include the Microsoft Auditorium - Theater Seating with fixed seating for 275 + space for 100 overflow, additional varied meeting rooms with seating from 25 – 200 people and an array of unique and beautiful spaces for special events.

Seattle Repertory Theatre
A variety of performance spaces, meeting rooms and reception spaces are available. The Seattle Rep's seasonal hiatus is May through mid-September. Please call to inquire about your specific date.

Town Hall
The Roman Revival building has lovely historic character and fixtures. While it began its life in 1922 as a church, the building has no religious symbolism inside or outside. Many flexible rooms are spread over three floors and 37,000 square feet.

Trinity
Trinity is an ornately adorned two level labyrinth, housing three rooms, and a large private VIP room. Each room has a unique theme and décor. Camp Korey at Carnation Farm
Camp Korey is a cost free medically supervised camp for children living with serious illnesses. Located at the historic Carnation Farm, Camp Korey was previously known as the award winning Nestle Regional Training Center. While the primary purpose of the Carnation Farm property is to provide a medically sound camp experience to children and their families, the camp continues to host business and social events in the non camp season from September through June. Camp Korey is a distinctive meeting and retreat center allowing guests to take care of business in an informal atmosphere. The camp hosts complete day and overnight meeting packages from 8-32 guests. Just 45 minutes east of Seattle, the 817 acre property features Sweeping views of the Cascades, Expansive Lawn and Rose Gardens, and a 16,000 sq.ft. Hippodrome Pavilion, which accommodates 50-500 wedding guests, with 32 overnight guest rooms. 100% of Conference and Social business revenue directly offsets the cost of operating the camp!

Kirkland's Heritage Hall
Overlooking Marina Park and Lake Washington, this classic Greek revival architectural style building is fully restored to its original 1920’s design. The main room showcases the original fir flooring, ornate millwork, and a dramatic, uplit cove ceiling. Heritage Hall provides a graceful atmosphere for your event. Heritage Hall is the perfect location for wedding receptions, private parties, luncheons, community meetings, retreats and seminars. Matthews Estate Winery
Since 1993, Matthews Estate has been a unique destination for private groups seeking an intimate, untraditional and memorable setting for a diverse range of events. Our winery and Estate House is located on a private eight acre estate in Woodinville, Washington, just twenty minutes northeast of the city of Seattle, and in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country and home to over 40 other wineries. This Estate House offers a state of the art kitchen, lounge area, large outside dining area for use during the warmer months, a small theatre room, and the Matthews Estate library wine cellar.

Pickering Barn
The Pickering Barn is a great facility for wedding ceremonies, receptions, auctions, corporate meetings, celebrations and trade shows. The facility accommodates 400 people and includes the Dairy Barn (heated), the Hay Barn (unheated), one private classroom, one storage room, a catering support area, portable stage, tables and chairs to seat 300 people, as well as ample free parking.

The Robinswood House Estate is comprised of the Main House and Cabana, the original 1884 log cabin, which looks much the same today as when it was built, and a barn. Both the Main House and barn were built in 1895, and have been successfully renovated to retain their original charm. In addition to a formal English sunken garden, two patios, and lushly landscaped walks complete the Robinswood grounds.

Seattle Central Library
Outside looking in the dramatic glass and steel structure at Seattle’s Central Library is a unique and modern place to host your next event. Inside looking around there are Innovative design features that continue throughout the new Central Library and leave a unique backdrop for any event space. A wide range of facilities is available for use. The spaces can accommodate a variety of activities, from large events to small, informal meetings. Spaces available include the Microsoft Auditorium - Theater Seating with fixed seating for 275 + space for 100 overflow, additional varied meeting rooms with seating from 25 – 200 people and an array of unique and beautiful spaces for special events.

Seattle Repertory Theatre
A variety of performance spaces, meeting rooms and reception spaces are available. The Seattle Rep's seasonal hiatus is May through mid-September. Please call to inquire about your specific date.

Tacoma Union Station
This unique, historic setting is perfect for many occasions. Art displays by Dale Chihuly, magnificent marble walls, terrazzo floors, and the original glass block flooring in the east balcony area each add a beautiful backdrop to any celebration.

Town Hall
The Roman Revival building has lovely historic character and fixtures. While it began its life in 1922 as a church, the building has no religious symbolism inside or outside. Many flexible rooms are spread over three floors and 37,000 square feet.
